Front Shock Absorbers: Tools Required: (1) ¾” socket (2) 13mm wrench (3) 10mm socket (4) Impact driver (5) Floor jack (6) Jack stands Procedure: 1.Loose the lug nuts, jack the cart up and remove the tire 2.Now remove the bottom bolt of the shock absorber 3.Remove the top bolt 4.Now place new shocks and repeat all the steps 2. Rear Shock Absorbers: Tools Required: (1) 9/16” Wrench (2) 17mm Wrench (3) ¾” socket (4) Impact Driver (5) Floor Jack (6) Jack Stands Procedure: 1.Loose the lug nuts, jack the cart up and remove the tire (place the jack in the middle of frame to support the golf cart evenly) 2.Loose the nuts on the bottom of the shock using 9/16” wrench. 3.Reaching through inspection panel, remove the top bolt of the shock 4.Now remove nut, washer and rubber bushing off the new shock 5.Now place it into the bottom side and place the rubber bushing, washer and nut back. 6.Now repeat the process for top side of shock using 17mm wrench 7.New shock has been installed 8.Place tire, jack down the cart and tighten all the lug nuts.
