Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be in their original condition—unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@huskeyparts.com or call us to initiate a return request. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
  3. Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • If the product has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may return the item after receipt by following our return process.
