Filing a Warranty Claim

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos or videos of the product showing the defect.
  2. Claim Review: Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and may request additional information if needed.
  3. Resolution:
    • Approved claims may result in product repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
    • If a replacement is provided, the warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.

Shipping Costs

  • If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product to you.
  • Customers are responsible for sending the defective product to our designated return address unless otherwise specified.
